<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a laminated sheet by which a base material and a resin layer constituting the laminated sheet can be surely bonded when producing the laminated sheet and to provide a method for manufacturing the laminated sheet by using the apparatus for manufacturing the laminated sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing the laminated sheet 30 manufactures a laminated sheet 40 by bonding a first resin layer 3 and a second resin layer 4 onto both surfaces of a fibrous substrate 2 respectively. The apparatus for manufacturing the laminated sheet 30 includes: a transporting means 6 for transporting the first resin layer 3, the second resin layer 4 and the fibrous substrate 2 in a facing state where the fibrous substrate 2 faces the first resin layer 3 and the second resin layer 4; a chamber 7 through which the first resin layer 3, the second resin layer 4 and the fiber base material 2 in the facing state pass; a pressure reducing means 8 for reducing pressure in the chamber 7; and a pressurizing means 95 and a heating means 9 for pressurizing and heating the fibrous substrate 2, the first resin layer 3 and the second resin layer 4 in the mutually facing state collectively in the chamber 7 to compression-bonds them together. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
