<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield connector which does not deteriorate the sealing performance of an attaching portion to a shield case even if repeating attachment/detachment of an external cable to/from the shield case, and facilitates product development corresponding to changes of attaching dimensions on the shield case. <P>SOLUTION: A shield connector comprises an apparatus side connector 30 fixed to a shield case 10; and a cable side connector 40 attached to an end portion of an external cable 20, and fitted and connected to the apparatus side connector 30. The apparatus side connector 30 comprises an apparatus side connection terminal 31 connected to a circuit in the shield case 10 at one end, and fitted and connected to a connection terminal on the cable side connector 40 at the other end; an apparatus side resinous housing 32 for storing and holding the apparatus side connection terminal 31; and an apparatus side shield shell 33 for holding the apparatus side resinous housing 32 and screwed on an outer surface of the shield case 10.
