<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment apparatus of kitchen wastewater that can reduce the cleaning burden of a grease trap without ruining the function. <P>SOLUTION: The treatment apparatus of kitchen wastewater includes: a fat decomposing tank which has a capacity to store kitchen wastewater of a prescribed amount and includes an outlet provided at the lower part opened and closed by a solenoid valve; a water pump introducing kitchen wastewater into this fat decomposing tank from a grease trap through a conduit; a float type water intake container supported by the conduit through a flexible hose freely expanding and contracting up and down, and forming a trap in a floating body floating on wastewater in the grease tap incorporating surface water; a chemical agent-injecting container injecting a fat decomposing agent of a prescribed amount into storage wastewater in the fat decomposing tank; a stirrer mixing the injected decomposing agent with storage wastewater; and a heater heating the mixed wastewater to the appropriate temperature by the fat decomposing agent. The chemical agent injecting container, the stirrer, and the heater are operated by a level switch detecting the upper limit water level of the fat decomposing tank, and the solenoid valve is opened by a timer operating synchronizing with the operation after a predetermined time from operation starting, and the wastewater after the fat decomposition is returned to the grease trap again. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
