<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-extractive gas analyzer capable of simply switching a measurement state and a calibration state, easily performing calibration and performing correct calibration. <P>SOLUTION: A gas analyzer 10 includes a conduit 12 which is composed of an outer cylinder 14 and an inner cylinder 16 respectively having openings 24, 26 formed on respective wall parts and can be switched to a measurement state that the opening 24 of the outer cylinder 14 is connected to the opening 26 of the inner cylinder 16 and gas 56 is allowed to flow into the inner cylinder 16 and a calibration state that the wall part of one of the outer cylinder 14 and the inner cylinder 16 blocks the opening of the other cylinder and gas is not allowed to flow into the inner cylinder 16 by rotating the outer cylinder 14 or the inner cylinder 16. In the measurement state, light is applied from the one-end side of the conduit 12 to gas in the inner cylinder 16 and transmitted light is detected to find out a component concentration in the gas. In the calibration state, calibration gas is filled in the inner cylinder 16, light is applied from the one-end side of the conduit 12 to the calibration gas in the inner cylinder 16 and transmitted light is detected to perform calibration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
