<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static eliminator which can improve accuracy in adjustment of the ionic balance. <P>SOLUTION: In adjustment of the ionic balance, positive and negative duty ratios D1, D2 are alternately increased or decreased by one step. Therefore, the minimum adjustment step (resolution) of the ionic balance is reduced to a half of that in the case where the positive and negative duty ratios D1, D2 are simultaneously adjusted such that the positive and negative duty ratios D1, D2 sum up to 100%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
