<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a honeycomb structure body that can mold a honeycomb molded body using a continuous extruder without turning a molded raw material into a gel. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the honeycomb structure includes: a molding step where the molding raw material having a ceramic raw material, an organic binder and water and having a gelatinization temperature of 48-58°C is thrown into the continuous extruder, the molding raw material is milled by the continuous extruder and the honeycomb molded body is manufactured by extrusion-molding the milled molding raw material; and a burning step where the honeycomb molded body is burned to manufacture the honeycomb structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
