<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balustrade which allows a user to go up and down without putting burdens on a wrist. <P>SOLUTION: A spiral balustrade 3 is installed on a wall 2 on the right side of a stair 1. The spiral balustrade 3 is formed in an S-twist spiral shape having a pitch P of the same length as a distance L3 between distal ends of a tread 11, and is arranged inclining a center line O matched with the inclination of the stair 1. The spiral balustrade 3 is installed so as to cross and extend at the angle of 20° to 40° to the center line in the plan view and in the front view at the distal end of the tread 11 and to extend from a part extended in the horizontal direction to the lower side of the stair 1 to be the inclination angle of 30° to 70° to a horizontal plane at the part where the inclination angle becomes the largest in the side view. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
