<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat panel display device which has fewer heat radiating fans to secure a channel for causing heat radiating air to flow, although most structure of flat panel displays forcibly radiates heat with a fan provided as a countermeasure against heat since space is decreased in a direction of thickness on a side of substrates mounted on a back face of the flat panel display to adapt requirement for increasing size and thinning the flat panel display. <P>SOLUTION: Portions where panel-side electronic circuit device on a back face of a flat panel display device is mounted are divided into three arranging portions of left portion, center portion, and right portion with a main frame as a border, and the electronic circuit device is constituted of four module substrates. In the four module substrates (hereinafter referred to as substrate), the substrate which is the greatest in heating value is arranged in the center portion, and the substrate which is the smallest in the heating value and the substrate which is the second smallest in the heating value are arranged in the same arranging portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
