<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a larger output in an oscillation device that uses piezoelectric vibrators. <P>SOLUTION: An oscillation device has a polyhedron and piezoelectric elements (20, 22, and 24). At least two surfaces of the polyhedron are diaphragms (10, 12, and 14). The piezoelectric elements are provided on the respective diaphragms. Since oscillation plates have large areas, thus, the oscillation device produces a large output. As the polyhedron, a cuboid, for example, can be used.
