ROUTE SEARCH DEVICE, ROUTE SEARCH METHOD, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique of searching for and outputting route with a shape desired by a user out of a road network.

SOLUTION: A route search device comprises: a graphic data obtaining part for obtaining graphic data that express a shape of a graphic; a road network data storage for storing road network data that express a state of connection of roads; a road group search part for searching for a road group closely resembling the shape of the graphic expressed by the graphic data in the state of connection out of the road network data by comparing the road network data with the graphic data; and an output part for outputting the searched road group.
