<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test device in which convenience in determining a short circuit in a motor is improved, and a test method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: A line voltage measuring circuit 22 measures voltages between respective two lines of three phase winding lines 121 to 123, and a voltage applying circuit 20 applies an impulse signal between two phases among three phase winding lines. A response time measuring circuit 23 measures response time from the application of the impulse signal until the line voltages meet a prescribed detection threshold. Further a short circuit determination circuit 27 determines the short circuit in the motor 1 based on the total of response time of combinations of respective two phases among the three phase winding lines 121 to 123. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
