HINGE DEVICE FOR OPEN/CLOSE MEMBER OF VEHICLE INSIDE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a biasing force of a torsion coil spring from being applied to a main component when an open/close member is fully closed, to form a lightweight rotary member as the main component with a resin molded article.

SOLUTION: A metallic bracket 30 has a hook part 31 for locking a collar member 42 when the rotary member 20 is fully closed. The rotary member 20 includes: a press-receiving part 22 for receiving a biasing force of the torsion coil spring 40 when the collar member 42 abuts when the member is fully opened; and a releasing guide part 23 for moving the collar member 42 in the direction for releasing a locking state with a hook part 31 while the fully-closed member is opened, and bringing the collar member 42 into contact with the press-receiving part 22. The bracket 30 also has a locking guide part 32 for moving the collar member 42 in the direction for locking to the hook part 31 while the fully-opened rotary member 20 is closed.
