<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis chip allowed to be suitably applied to an inspection method (especially ELISA method) using enzyme reaction. <P>SOLUTION: In a disk type analysis chip including an internal space (liquid circuit) and capable of moving liquid existing in the internal space to a desired position by centrifugal force application, the internal space includes: first, second, third, and fourth tubs for respectively storing first, second, third, and fourth liquids; a fifth tub arranged on the outer peripheral part side further from the first to fourth tubs; a sixth tub arranged on the outer peripheral part side further from the fifth tub; and first, second, third, fourth, and fifth flow channels respectively connecting between the first and fifth tubs, between the second and fifth tubs, between the third and fifth tubs, between the fourth and fifth tubs, and between the fifth and sixth tub. In a cross section, the first and second flow channels>the fifth flow channel>the third flow channel>the forth flow channel is satisfied, and total volume of the fifth flow channel and the sixth tub<total volume of the first to forth liquids is satisfied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
