[Class 65 (ii)] Means for constraining the relative angular movements of two connected members 1, 2, comprises one or more flexible strips 4 embracing a curved surface on one of the members and having its ends 7, 8 extended in opposite directions and fixed to the member 2, so that movement of 2 round 1 results in unwrapping one end of 4 from 1 and in further wrapping of the other end. The member 1 may be in two parts connected by a screw 3, by means of which the strip 4 'may be tensioned on the member. The strip may have a slot 5 near one end for the passage of a neck portion 6 near the other end. |
