PROCESS FLUID PRESSURE TRANSMITTER WITH REPLACEABLE ATMOSPHERIC VENT FILTER

A process fluid pressure transmitter (100) for measuring a process pressure referenced to atmospheric pressure is provided. The process fluid pressure transmitter (100) includes a pressure sensor (118) fluidically coupled to a pair of pressure conveying conduits (116, 120). The pressure sensor (118) has an electrical characteristic that varies with the pressures applied by the pressure conveying conduits (116, 120). A process fluid inlet (114) is disposed to contact a process fluid, and is in fluidic communication with a first conduit (116) of the pair of pressure conveying conduits (116, 120). An atmospheric vent (134) is coupled to a second conduit (120) of the pair of pressure conveying conduits (116, 120). The atmospheric vent (134) is replaceable and has a filter (140) element disposed therein.
