PURPOSE: A sheet-shaped device and a manufacturing apparatus for the same are provided to prevent the un-transferring and the fault of patterns. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing apparatus for a sheet-shaped device comprises a mold(4), an elastic body(9), a press device(2), and a curing device(6). Patterns are formed on the mold. The elastic body is arranged oppositely to the mold. A workpiece is inserted between the mold and the elastic body and a press device presses the pattern forming surface on resin. The curing device hardens the resin on the workpiece. The surface of the elastic body is curved surface protruding toward the mold.
