PURPOSE: An object arranging device and a method thereof are provided to establish a relation about each side of an object, thereby enabling a user to conveniently arrange a graphical user interface object. CONSTITUTION: A displaying unit(160) displays objects which a relation about a side of each other. A controlling unit(110) designates a location or/and a size of the objects. When a specific object is changed, the controlling unit changes the location or/and the size of the object. When each side of a target object corresponds to the side of the object which the location or/and the size are designated in an object relation establishing mode, the controlling unit designates the location or/and the size of the target object according to relation establishment.
