<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove an artifact generated by coherent noise from a tomographic image. <P>SOLUTION: In acquiring an image by synthesizing a reference light beam obtained by splitting light from a light source to a plurality of reflection light beams obtained in such a way that the measurement light obtained by the splitting is reflected on a plurality of layers of an object to be inspected, this optical tomographic imaging apparatus includes: an artifact acquiring unit for acquiring an artifact generated interference of the reflected light beams; and an acquiring unit for acquiring a second tomographic image of the object to be inspected based on the artifact and a first tomographic image of the object to be inspected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
