<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid composition suppressed in crystal deposition of caffeine and excellent in appearance stability, and to provide a capsule formulation filled with the composition. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid composition comprising caffeine and a cellulose derivative.
