PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode foil which functions as a support base, an electrode, and a reflective layer and is useful for an electronic device such as a flexible, lightweight and thin organic solar cell.

SOLUTION: There is provided the electrode foil comprising a metal foil and a graphene layer provided directly on the metal foil.
