<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of abbreviating an imaging interval while maintaining the stability of a performance for reading out image data. <P>SOLUTION: A digital camera 1 comprises: a CMOS image sensor 110; a focal plane shutter device 190; a position detection sensor 195; and a camera controller 140. The position detection sensor 195 is capable of detecting a first state of a shutter mechanism 191 which is from the shutter mechanism 191 starting to be charged to getting free of a closed state. The camera controller 140 controls a shutter motor 46 when the position detection sensor 195 detects the first state of the shutter mechanism 191 before completing the readout of image data from the CMOS image sensor 110, so that a timing of the shutter mechanism 191 getting free of the closed state is delayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
