<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag device capable of properly regulating a development direction of the bag by regulating a swing amount of an airbag cover. <P>SOLUTION: The air bag device 100, which is provided on the sheet front side of a saddle riding type vehicle, is provided with: a bag part; an inflater; a holding container in which the bag part in unused time is housed and having an opening provided in the upper side; an air bag cover 130 substantially closing the holding container in unused time and opening the opening with the upward movement of the front part in the development and inflation of the bag part; and a belt-like member 140 for connecting the side part 134 of the air bag cover to the holding container and regulating the opening amount of the airbag cover in the development and inflation of the bag part. The air bag device 100 is provided with: a metal fitting 142 with which an end part 140b on the airbag cover side of a belt-like member is latched; and a fixed member 143 having an inside diameter side flange part 143b and an outside diameter side flange part 143a formed in a cylindrical body.
