<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat structure for significantly reducing the influence on a peripheral part, by preventing a vehicle from being enlarged, in the saddle-riding type vehicle having an openable-closable seat longitudinally divided. <P>SOLUTION: A motorcycle 1 has a front seat 301, a rear seat 302 and a storage box 40 arranged under the front seat 301 and the rear seat 302. The front seat 301 and the rear seat 302 are arranged in an upper part of the storage box 40 so as to be independently opened/closed with respect to the storage box 40. The front seat 301 is rotatably supported around a hinge part 50 arranged in a rear part of the front seat 301.
