<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tracking device capable of improving extraction accuracy of a target area and enhancing reduction in an extraction processing load, as compared with a template matching. <P>SOLUTION: A target extraction device 100 executes two kinds of different dimensional correlation process on a three dimensional space and on an image plane between a tracking estimated value output by a tracking filter device 200 and each pixel of new input image, and a target pixel and the target area in a new input image are extracted from these correlation values to determine a tracking point on the new image, which becomes an input to the tracking filter device 200. The tracking filter device 200 estimates a position, speed and intensity at the tracking point on the three dimensional space based on a tracking point output by the target extraction device 100 to output them as tracking estimated values of a next frame. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
