摘要 <p>The invention relates to a method for obtaining multifunctional materials, comprising the following steps: a) chemical activation of functional groups present in a micro- or nano-particulate base material; b) a nucleophilic substitution reaction between at least one terminal amino, carboxyl or thiol group of a type A DNA or PNA chain and at least one activated functional group of the base material obtained in step (a); c) conjugation to a biomolecule by means of the chemical activation of functional groups of a type B PNA/DNA chain that is complementary to the type A PNA/DNA chain; and d) hybridisation of the type A PNA/DNA chains which are joined to the base material according to step (b) and the type B PNA/DNA chains that have biomolecules joined thereto according to step (c), by means of PNA-PNA or PNA-DNA molecular recognition.</p>
