PURPOSE: A vacuum centrifugal casting apparatus using plasma melting and rail replacing methods is provided to prevent the blockage of a pipe due to molten metal by using a centrifugal force to suck the molten metal into a mold rapidly. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum centrifugal casting apparatus using plasma melting and rail replacing methods comprises a raw material supply unit(1) and a casting unit(2). The casting unit comprises an upper chamber(23) in which a crucible(233) is located and a plasma electrode(231) emits plasma to a raw material(5) in the crucible to melt the raw material, a lower chamber(25), a molten metal inlet part(26) with a molten metal receiving port(261) for receiving molten metal transferred through a molten metal delivery pipe(236), molds(27) to which a distribution pipe(262) of the molten metal receiving port is horizontally connected, a torque generating unit(28) which is connected to the underside of a mold supporting unit(271) and rotates the mold supporting unit, and a movable casing(29) in which the mold supporting unit, the torque generating unit, and the lower chamber are placed and transferred by a transfer unit(291).
