<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inflammatory region accumulative compound excellent in selective accumulation to an inflammatory region of a living body, a nuclear-medical image diagnostic agent having the compound as a main component, and a label precursor for the compound. <P>SOLUTION: The inflammatory region accumulative compound is expressed by formula (1): Z-Y-Leu-Phe-(X)n-<SB POS="POST">D</SB>Lys(-(<SB POS="POST">D</SB>Lys)m-HalB)-(<SB POS="POST">D</SB>Lys)<SB POS="POST">k</SB>-NH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, wherein Z represents a protective group for an amino group, Y represents Met or Nle, X represents a spacer comprising one or more amino acids and/or an organic-synthesizable compound, in the (X)n, n represents 0 or 1, m represents 0 or 1, k represents 0 or 1, and HalB represents a residue of a substituted benzoic acid having a radioactive halogen in its benzene nucleus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
