<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement production apparatus in which heat exchange efficiency is improved by supplying raw materials into a conduit while uniformly distributing the raw materials and by equalizing preheating so that stable operation can be performed by preventing clogging or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of cyclones are brought into vertically connected state, each cyclone circulating an exhaust gas generated in a cement kiln. Between a plurality of upper-stage cyclones constituting a top stage of the plurality of the cyclones and lower-stage cyclones disposed on a lower stage of the upper-stage cyclones, a conduit 21 is provided for circulating upward the exhaust gas led out of the lower-stage cyclones, distributing the exhaust gas and guiding it to each of the upper-stage cyclones. To a position lower than the distributing portion of the conduit 21, a raw material supplying pipe 22 is connected which supplies cement raw materials, and the distal end of the raw material supplying pipe 22 is protruded from an inner wall surface 21b of the conduit 21 within a range of a length that is 0.15 to 0.5 times an inner diameter D of the conduit 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
