PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit deformation of a piston sliding surface of a cylinder body by suppressing transmission of a load to the cylinder body from a regulation pin.

SOLUTION: An electrically-powered brake device includes: a first slave piston 88b that is housed in the cylinder body 82 and that advances to make hydraulic pressure generated in a first hydraulic chamber 98b; a motor that transmits a drive force to the first slave piston 88b; and the regulation pin 102 that is inserted and fixed in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the cylinder body 82 and that regulates a retreat position of the first slave piston 88b when the fluid pressure acts on the first hydraulic pressure chamber 98b from the outside. A cavity 204 is formed between first and second groove parts 202a and 202b, which are formed on the outer surface of the regulation pin 102, and an inner peripheral wall 83 of the cylinder body 82.
