<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker and rice cooking method that provide cooked rice having a nice glossy surface and a nice sticky texture. <P>SOLUTION: The rice cooker controls the drive of a rubbing part so that the amount of solid content eluted from rice into water due to the driving of the rubbing part is equal to or less than a predetermined amount, and then, heats a pot by a heater so that the water containing the predetermined amount or less of the eluted solid content is boiled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
