<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for suppressing the mixture of respective molten metals, and obtaining a clad metal plate having a constant interface even in a twin-roller continuous casting method for manufacturing the clad metal plate by the clad casting method in which metals to be cladded are started from their respective molten metals. <P>SOLUTION: A partition 15 is provided so that molten metal B on the high melting point side is not brought into contact with molten metal A on the low melting point side and solidified shells A1, A2, and the molten metal A on the low melting point side is brought into contact with solidified shells B1, B2 on the high melting point side.
