摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optic device with desired holding capacity and less display unevenness due to irregularity on a surface of a pixel electrode, an electronic appliance including the same, and a manufacturing method for the electro-optic device. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid crystal device as an electro-optic device in this example includes on an element substrate 10: a transistor; a pixel electrode 15 provided in accordance with the transistor; and a capacitor wire 3b provided so that a part thereof faces the pixel electrode 15 between the element substrate 10 and the pixel electrode 15 and holding capacitance is formed via the pixel electrode 15 and a dielectric layer 14.
