PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN COMPOSITION, PHOTOSENSITIVE FILM AND SCREEN PLATE FOR SCREEN PRINTING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diazo resin that can give a photosensitive film having excellent stability with time and wide exposure latitude, and to provide a photosensitive resin composition using the diazo resin, and a screen plate using a photosensitive film.

SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition comprises: an aqueous solution containing a water-soluble polymer and a dizao resin obtained by condensing formaldehyde and a water-soluble salt of 4-diazodiphenyl amine that is optionally substituted, in the presence of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid; and at least either a hydrophobic polymer or a mixture of an oil-soluble photopolymerization initiator and a water-insoluble or hardly soluble compound having at least one photoactive ethylenically unsaturated group, dispersed in the above aqueous solution. The photosensitive resin composition is excellent in stability with time and gives a photosensitive film having wide exposure latitude. A screen plate excellent in a discharge performance is obtained by adding a specified fluorine compound to the photosensitive resin composition.
