<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission management system which selects a repeating device that repeats high quality content data earliest, to the maximum, under actual communication network environment. <P>SOLUTION: In the transmission management system 50 which selects a repeating device that actually repeats content data among a plurality of repeating devices 30 repeating the content data for conversation between a first transmission terminal (destination terminal) and a second transmission terminal (request source terminal), pre-transmission information is transmitted or received in place of the content data before the content data is actually transmitted or received between the first and second transmission terminals, thus localizing one repeating device 30 that can actually repeat the pre-transmission information earliest. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
