COOLING STRUCTURE OF GENERATOR MOTOR AND THE GENERATOR MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent insufficient cooling of a coil included in a stator when a generator motor is cooled by a cooling medium.

SOLUTION: A cooling structure 100 of a generator motor has a protruding part 60 at a first housing 11 forming a part of a housing of the generator motor. The protruding part 60 protrudes from an inner surface 11Ia on one end part side in a direction of a rotation center axis Zr of an input/output shaft toward a coil 24C of a stator 24 and forming a coil end side cooling medium passage 62 serving as a passage of a cooling medium between itself and the coil 24C. Further, the protruding part 60 is disposed around the rotation center axis Zr.
