<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately grasp a person's life cycle by using photovoltaic power generation data. <P>SOLUTION: In a life cycle utilizing system 1, a management device 2 regularly collects information from other devices to estimate the current weather and season and predict future weather, grasps a change in a used power amount in each customer's house 4 and a family structure of the house to be utilized in various services, and is realized by a PC or a server. The customer's house 4 is a consumer's house which has a power use contract with a power company, regularly transmits a used power amount to the management device 2, and has a function, if a photovoltaic power generating device 3 is installed therein, to transmit an output value of generated power to the management device 2, which is achieved by a watt-hour meter and the like in reality. A car navigation device 5 is a car navigation device which is mounted on an automobile and transmits an outside temperature and the existence/non-existence of a windshield wiper motion to the management device 2.
