<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater unit and a recording device that can suppress the blowing of a foreign substance toward a medium. <P>SOLUTION: The heater unit includes: an intake section 35 that takes in air via an intake opening 33; an air channel 36 in which the air taken in by the intake section 35 flows; a heating section 38 that heats the air and is positioned in the midway of the air channel 36; an outlet 34 that discharges the air heated by the heating section 38 from the downstream of the air channel 36; and an opening K that is positioned at a passage plane of the air channel 36 which plane is downside in the perpendicular direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
