<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle and a coating method that can coat an object with a material having a viscosity equal to or higher than a predetermined viscosity with a simple configuration so that an edge of the object is warped in. <P>SOLUTION: A nozzle 1 having a nozzle body 2 having a long and flat opening 4 formed along a width is provided with a guide rod 3 which is fixed substantially in the width-directional center of the nozzle body 2 and extends toward a tip beyond a tip part of the nozzle body 2, and discharges a sealing material from the opening 4 while making the other width-directional end of the guide rod 3 abut against an edge of an overlap part of a fender part and a fender liner from one width direction, and also moves the nozzle 1 with the guide rod 3 downstream along a curve of a foil arch part to coat the overlap part with the sealing material so that the edge of the overlap part is warped in. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
