<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet conveying device that can automatically separate multi-fed sheets again and improve efficiency of sheet conveyance operation. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet conveying device, in which sheets from a sheet bundle placed on a sheet tray are separated and fed on a one-by-one basis and a fed sheet is nipped and conveyed, is provided with a pair of conveying rollers having rotational axes extending in respective different directions. One of the pair of conveying rollers is disposed to convey a sheet in a sheet conveying direction, while the other of the pair of conveying rollers is disposed to obliquely convey the sheet with respect to the sheet conveying direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
