<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital book providing system facilitating the publishing of digital books that can be browsed from a plurality of types of browsing terminals. <P>SOLUTION: In a server 2, when an image file in a predetermined file format that is prepared as image data to be the base of each page of a digital book is input, an image file (image data corresponding to a terminal) corresponding to each of a plurality of types of browsing terminals 4P, 4A, and 4I that are to be browsed is created and stored.
