<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery capable of improving holding capability for an electrolyte inside of a power generation element and improving durability by enhancing a capacity retention rate during high temperature standing. <P>SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is configured that a power generator element 2 which is made by laminating and wounding a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator sandwiched therebetween is housed in a case 1 and an electrolyte is held between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and includes a low porosity region A having lower porosity than an inner peripheral part in an outer peripheral part of the separator located in outer peripheral side of the power generator element 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
