<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress useless data acquisition. <P>SOLUTION: An access control method is specified for each piece of data provided for an external device 11 when providing a plurality of pieces of data stored in a plurality of external data management devices 12 for the external device 11, to determine necessity of acquiring each piece of data based on acquisition conditions stored in a storage unit 20.
