<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly notify a user of the instability of installation environment while keeping a communication abnormal state, when the state of communication with another alarm unit is unstable. <P>SOLUTION: In an alarm system for notifying the abnormality of installation environment in the whole system, periodical monitoring is perform by periodically transmitting and receiving radio signals between an alarm unit and another alarm unit. When it is determined that the state of communication with the other alarm unit is abnormal by the periodical monitoring, a control part of the alarm unit drives notification means to notify of the communication abnormality. When the state of communication with the other alarm unit is restored to its normal state, the control part stops the drive of the notification means to stop the notification of the communication abnormality. Moreover, when the number of times that it is determined that the state of communication with the other alarm unit is abnormal continues a prescribed number of times or more, driving of the notification means is kept to keep the notification of the communication abnormality even if it is determined that the state of communication with the other alarm unit is restored to its normal state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
