<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating actuator which has simplified structure, thereby easily assembled and which facilitates promotion of reduction in the size of the oscillating actuator such as reduction in the diameter of a casing. <P>SOLUTION: The oscillating actuator 1 has a coil 3 and a magnet 4, one each. One end of a magnet 4 is arranged outside a hollow part S of the coil 3 and the other end of the magnet 4 is arranged inside the hollow part S of the coil 3. At one end of the magnet 4, a first pole piece 21 where a shaft 20 penetrates is arranged and at the other end of the magnet 4, a second pole piece 22 where the shaft 20 penetrates and which faces the first pole piece 21 in a vibration axis line L direction via the magnet 4 is arranged.
