<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device usable for guiding a surgical instrument more efficiently and more effectively through a seal assembly. <P>SOLUTION: The surgical seal assembly 100 includes: a seal housing 102 providing for defining a long axis direction housing axis and having a long axis direction opening 104 passing the axis; and a seal 118 for defining a longitudinal housing axis to have an inner seal part fit for the formation of a substantial seal around the surgical instrument arranged in the passage; and a guide 124 installed in a proximal end of this seal housing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
