<p>Disclosed is a method for allocating an uplink discontinuous resource block (RB). The method comprises: after it is decided that discontinuous RB allocation requires to be performed at a designated information channel bandwidth, determining whether a ratio of the number of RBs requiring to be used at the information channel bandwidth to the maximum number of available RBs at the information channel bandwidth is smaller than a preset value, and when it is decided that the ratio is smaller than the preset value, performing discontinuous RB allocation according to an uplink discontinuous RB allocation constraint policy. Meanwhile, disclosed is an apparatus for allocating an uplink discontinuous RB. The adoption of the method and the apparatus of the present invention can effectively reduce the maximum emission power rollback (MPR) brought by resource allocation, thereby ensuring transmission power of a user equipment (UE), so as to ensure quality of a signal sent by the UE.</p> |
