PURPOSE: An operation assembly, usage thereof, and an operation facility including an observation device are provided to secure excellent visibility by observing a medial operation field. CONSTITUTION: A supporter(24) is extended along a central axis. An observation device(16) observes a medical operation field. An operation lighting device includes a lamp support arm which is installed on the supporter. The observation device includes a camera support arm(30) installed on a first end. The lamp support arm and the camera support arm are independent to pivot movement.
