<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film which is excellent in adhesiveness with a polarizer by a conventional alkali saponification method and in which a circular change of color tone observed when incorporated into a liquid crystal display device is improved. <P>SOLUTION: The optical film is composed of three layers of an outer layer, a core layer and an outer layer, in which the core layer contains a (meth)acrylic resin as a main component, and the outer layer contains a humidity dependence-improving agent satisfying the following expression and contains a cellulose acylate as a main component. (ΔRth(rh,3) is a value obtained by subtracting Rth in a relative humidity of 80% from Rth in a relative humidity of 10% of a film to which 3 pts.mass of the humidity dependence-improving agent is added based on 100 pts.mass of a cellulose acetate; and ΔRth(rh,0) is a value obtained by subtracting Rth in a relative humidity of 80% from Rth in a relative humidity of 10% of a cellulose acetate film to which no humidity dependence-improving agent is added.)
