<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a solar cell module in which deterioration of solar cell characteristics, especially of the fill factor, can be prevented. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a solar cell module includes a step for hot laminating a laminate in a process of producing a laminate having a resin substrate, a sealing layer, a thin film solar cell element, a sealing layer, and a weather resistant layer in this order. The laminate step is carried out at a temperature lower than the glass-transition temperature (Tg) of the resin substrate, so that the gelatinization rate of the sealing layer between the weather resistant layer and the thin film solar cell is 50% or higher. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
