PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for generating an antigen-specific T cell.

SOLUTION: This antigen-specific T cell is provided by the method including: a step of preparing a nucleic acid encoding a patient-derived MHC molecule, and an antigen or a nucleic acid encoding the antigen; a step of cotransfecting or introducing both these compounds into an antigen-presenting cell (APC) derived from a healthy donor; a step of firstly antigen-stimulating peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) derived from the healthy donor with the APC; and a step of selecting the MHC-antigen ligand-specific T cells.
